Return & Refund Policy

At Inave, customer satisfaction is our priority. If there's an issue with your order, we're here to help. Please read our Return & Refund Policy below.


Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • You received a damaged product.

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

  • The item is missing parts or accessories.

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.


Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

  • Beauty & Personal Care products

  • Used products

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Items returned without original packaging or accessories

  • Gift cards (if applicable)


Return Process

  1. Email us at inaveindia@gmail.comΒ with your order number and a description of the issue.

  2. Attach clear photos or videos showing the problem.

  3. Our support team will review your request within 1–2 business days.

  4. If approved, we'll provide return instructions.

Please do not return any product without prior approval from our support team.


Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the refund status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.


Replacement Policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.


Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may still contact our support team if you experience an issue after delivery.


Cash on Delivery Orders

If Cash on Delivery (COD) is available, customers are requested to accept the shipment only if they intend to keep the order. Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in future COD restrictions.
